With so many fun events on our summer calendar, we’re excited to share all of our latest picks + tips for styling warm-weather wedding guest and party looks! We adore shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue for all kinds of outfits, but their curation of special occasion wear is particularly amazing! Lately, our go-to formula for dressing up includes a joyful pop of color, an unexpected cutout detail and a versatile pair of heeled sandals that will coordinate with lots of summer dresses!

A classic a-line dress looks wonderful on everyone, and we love how the ombré and cutout details refresh this timeless silhouette! By adding black heels and simple jewelry it’s ready for a formal event, but you could just as easily style it for resort with sandals, statement earrings and a raffia bag! For us, it’s the versatility that makes this dress extra irresistible! When getting ready for a special event, we’ve often found that a generous dose of color and print is all that’s needed to elevate your look. Whether that means going head-to-toe with a show-stopping pattern, or simply brightening up your favorite little back dress with an eye-catching hue…this approach never fails to make us look and feel great!

Sisters Erin Breen and Katie McClure (who have both always adored the effortless ease of kaftans!), founded MIRTH in 2016 as a way to marry their love of heritage textiles with a modern approach to dressing. Like us, Erin and Katie LOVE to travel, and first became inspired to create their company during a trip in India, which has long been celebrated for its beautiful fabrics and colorful prints! Today they ethically source handmade fabrics from artisan communities, and have expanded their initial kaftan concept to include relaxed dresses, tops, pajamas, accessories and table linens. Not only are the versatile pieces inspired by travel, they’re also so perfect for packing…we love how their whimsical abstract prints can be styled a variety of ways for just about any occasion! Weezie

We’re all about infusing everyday activities with a bit of luxury, and since we first experienced the incredible softness of Weezie towels, we’ve never looked back! This female-founded company, the brainchild of Liz Eichholz and Lindsey Johnson, has perfected a level of ultimate plushness, and their attention to colorful details and personalization has really stole our hearts! Whether you’re a fan of crisp piping, playful squiggles or a classic monogram, Weezie is sure to have a design that brings an oh-so-charming pop to your space! They’ve also recently expanded their collection of wearables…we’re smitten with this ‘après swim wrap’ (so chic, you can go right to lunch from the pool or beach!), and these robes are the perfect pampering touch for any guest bathroom! UASHMAMA is an Italian family business based in Tuscany, founded by Marco Marconi (a third-generation shoe maker) who combined his expertise of handcrafting footwear and passion for sustainability to develop environmentally friendly products for the home. All of UASHMAMA’s organizing containers, handbags, travel accessories and decor items are designed from a durable, washable paper that feels and folds like a textile, and is super easy to clean! The special paper they’ve named “AGGO” is made with organic materials by local artisans in Tuscany, all while using water-saving production methods. We’re so inspired by their creative thinking, and can’t wait to visit UASHMAMA’s Charleston, SC store location next time we’re there…until then, we’ll be shopping our colorful favorites here!

honey + hank

We’re always on the hunt for fun new additions to our kitchen and tablescapes, and it’s been a delight to discover Honey + Hank’s ‘design with a wink!’ Founder Jenny Smiley loves to celebrate the places and pastimes that bring her joy, and creates motifs inspired by those happiest moments for printed dinnerware and home decor! Look closely, there’s more to Honey + Hank’s prints than what initially meets the eye: Jenny takes a silhouette (everything from states, to flowers and pets!) and ‘camouflages’ the familiar shape within the larger repeat of graphic patterns! We think all of Honey + Hank’s designs would make such wonderful hostess gifts…how about a tea towel paired with homemade treats or a bottle of wine?! Sara Fitz was launched in 2016 by husband and wife duo Sara and Miles O’Brien, who share a passion for art and coastal style! They both spent childhood summers on Nantucket, and that classic New England aesthetic still informs their work today. With a background in art and the wedding industry, Sara initially began illustrating stationery for their company. The brand has since evolved to include framed prints, gift wrap, wallpaper and fabric, all featuring Sara’s original watercolor paintings! We’re always on the lookout for our next favorite beauty find, and lately we’ve been so excited about FACE FOUNDRIÉ, an inclusivity-focused facial bar that offers cutting-edge services with extensively trained staff at accessible prices! Founder + CEO Michele Henry began her entrepreneurial career in fashion…then as a new mom, she found herself unimpressed with the large amounts of time, money and advance notice required by most traditional day spas. Her dream concept reflected the modern trends of both lifestyle + beauty, and by launching FACE FOUNDRIÉ, she brought her ideal spa day (or lunch break!) to life! Since 2019, FACE FOUNDRIÉ has been offering walk-in services for lash + brow treatments, waxing and 20-40 minute facials…as well as a curation of Michele’s most favorite skincare products! We are SO excited to introduce you to our latest collection with pattern-happy sleepwear brand Printfresh! For years we’ve been loving their playful pajamas, and it’s been such a joy to collaborate to design our third (!) collection together! In addition to putting our stamp on their beloved pjs, we’ve also delighted in developing super-comfy, day-to-night dresses with the Printfresh team!
