A Healthy Start to 2026!

I’m walking into the new year with a focus on living my healthiest life by making small intentional changes! I started implementing a few powdered supplements last year that have made such a difference in how I feel and I’ll continue these into 2026. The first is this grass fed whey protein powder with no artificial ingredients that was recommended by my doctor; each serving includes 25 grams of protein and I add the unflavored powder to my morning iced coffee (I froth all of the powders into my milk with this must-have electric frother that is on sale for $31 right now!). Then I add this unflavored creatine that was also specifically recommended by my doctor to support muscle maintenance and growth. Next I add Armra colostrum (the unflavored Immune Revival); I’ve been using it regularly for a while now and haven’t gotten sick in forever and I’ve also seen a noticeable difference in hair growth! Then I also froth in this pasture-raised collagen powder – it’s unflavored as well with no artificials and helps support healthy skin, hair and nails. I use these glasses every day to drink my supplement-charged iced coffee (I especially love the glass straw) - they’re four for $18 today! For additional daily pill vitamin supplements like O.N.E. Omega I use this brand that was highly recommended by my doctor.

I’m renewing my commitment to healthier eating and more weight training, as well as just moving as much as possible every day. I especially love my regular park walks with girlfriends - they’re great for the body and the soul! My activewear uniform starts with these go-to shaping leggings with no center seam, and I’ve been turning to layering pieces like this zip front jacket and this turtleneck tunic again and again while it’s still chilly outside (so many of our activewear favorites are on major sale today so you won’t want to miss these deals!).
