It’s almost our favorite time of year - the Nashville Antiques and Garden Show will be on February 1-3 (the Preview Party is on January 31 - we always attend)! We are huge fans of Katie Ridder, so naturally we are thrilled to be attending her lecture. One of our dear friends Ray Booth will join Faith Hill and others for a keynote lecture discussing the design of her home in the Bahamas (read our ‘Creative Conversation’ interview with Ray last year here).
The Antiques and Garden Show is a great opportunity to visit Nashville. We love living here - the food, shopping, and hidden gems are what make our hometown so charming (as well as the friendly folks). If you’re looking to make the most out of your visit by staying somewhere beautiful, than we suggest Hotel Noelle (200 4th Avenue | 615-649-5000), Thompson Hotel (401 11th Ave S | 615-262-6000), or The Hermitage (231 6th Avenue N | 615-244-3121). While you’re in Nashville, consider adding a few days to your stay to visit Blackberry Farm (1471 West Millers Cove Road | 865-984-8166), just a 3 hour drive away! Of course there’s so much to do here - our go-to list of recommendations for friends who are visiting was featured by Matouk and includes some of our favorite food, vintage shopping, and places to see.
We always leave this event feeling inspired and refreshed, such a great way to head into 2019. We hope to see some of you at the Antiques and Garden Show this year!
